WINE CLUB
Aqua fresca, Vino Puro. As the old Italian adage states, the water must be fresh but the wine has to be pure. This statement rings true today not only in Italy but all over the world.
The globalization of wine and its industry is growing exponentially. As a small restaurant owner in the heart of Sonoma Valley for over 20 years, my passion for and knowledge of wine has grown tremendously. Moreover, I have access to great California wines, which comprise the majority of my wine list. Over the years, I have discovered some hidden gems from other parts of the world including France, Italy, Spain, Argentina, South Africa, Chile, Australia and New Zealand to name a few.
I truly believe that wine is an integral part of the meal and meant to be enjoyed with food. Based on this belief, I created Enoteca Della Santina, which provides an opportunity for my members to receive quality wines at a good price. Furthermore, we have accounted for possible wine availability issues by creating some flexibility. We will offer four to six bottles of wine every other month for a cost of $79 to $99 plus shipping and handling.
