Fireside Dining Room Our inside dining room is available all year round for private functions. The room can accommodate up to 45 people. There is a set up fee of $300.00.Reservations Reservations can be made up to one year in advance. They must be confirmed with a credit card at the time of the booking or no later than two weeks after the initial booking. If no guarantee is received by this date, the reservation is considered canceled. Reservations can be made through the proprietor's Robert or Quirico Della Santina by calling 707.935.0576.

Garden Patio The garden patio is available all year round for different size functions: Spring through Fall The entire patio can accommodate 50 people minimum to 75 people maximum. *Seating in this area requires closure of the restaurant to the general public. In addition to the food cost, is a $3000.00 patio closure fee and a $600.00 wine minimum fee. The upper portion of our patio is also available for slightly smaller groups still looking for outside dining. This area can accommodate 20 people minimum to 25 people maximum. In addition to the food cost, is a $600.00 patio closure fee and a $300.00 wine minimum. Winter Our newly tented portion of the patio can accommodate up to 25 people maximum. This area is completely private and secluded from the noise of the main dining room.

Payment Schedule Once the event is reserved and guaranteed with a credit card, we will begin to finalize the menu. The details of your event, including menu, estimated cost and special arrangements will be verbally confirmed. The balance is to be paid in full at the conclusion of the event. Any adjustments to the menu after verbal confirmation will be reflected in the final bill. Meal Service Della Santina's Trattoria offers a choice of menu items that assist in creating a custom designed menu that is used for your group. Vegetarian dishes are available upon request. We offer an extensive list of Sonoma Valley as well as Italian wines. All food and beverages are subject to an 18% service charge and 7.25% sales tax. Final Steps A final count of guests is due 48 hours prior to the event. If no updated count is received, the original guest count verbally confirmed will be used as a firm guarantee. This is the minimum number for which you will be charged. Cancellations Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to the event or subject to a cancellation fee. If the dining area is resold prior to the cancelled event date, the cancellation fee is waived. "No Shows" result in a fee equal to 50% of the estimated total. Additional Services and Fees Corkage fee is $10 per bottle. Flowers, displays and decorative items are welcome. Della Santina's Trattoria can provide resources to assist in arranging for these items.
