The globalization
of wine and its industry is growing exponentially. As a small
restaurant owner in the heart of Sonoma Valley, my passion for
and knowledge of wine has grown tremendously. In addition, I
have access to great California wines, which comprise the majority
of my wine list. However, my experience in the restaurant business
has allowed me to taste some phenomenal wines from other parts
of the world including Spain, Argentina, and South Africa to
name a few. There are so many wines to select from that it is
impossible for me to bring all of these wines to our list at
